Jasper Morris
Picked on 26th August, 12.9% alcohol, 4.50TA and 3.25pH. One of the lighter, cooler colours, a very discreet bouquet, then it starts to build really well. So beautifully poised on the palate, exactly the wine Jean-Marc Roulot wants to make, prettily balanced behind, a mix of fruits of all colours, but even the greengage notes are ripe. A little orange blossom. Yes please! 93-95 points
