2020 Bruno Giacosa Roero Arneis

This is a delightful Roero from Giacosa. Lemon-gold in colour, singing with yellow florals, ripe citrus and fennel aromas. There is a slightly bitter citrus note, remenisent of white grapefruit, which carrries though on the palate along with a pithy character. The palate is juicy and medium bodied, with very bright flavours of fresh herbs and tropical fruits, which linger on the palate pleasingly. (DS 28/01/22)
