The 2019 Morey-Saint-Denis Village has a vibrant, quite minty bouquet that is forward and full of beans. It develops lovely floral scents of roses petals and iris with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with fine structured that one expects from a Morey and delivers striking salinity and spiciness on the finish. Superb. 90-92 points

Good mid purple, here the fruit is really well balanced, all dressed in red, but kicks on very nicely and then with a freshness of the ideal level of acidity. Actually this turns out to be the highest of the three villages (Gevrey, Morey, Chambolle) in alcohol at 14.1% but the wine tastes in balance. 89-92 points
