Picked on 11th September at 13.5% alcohol, with 25% new wood. Pale lemon colour, toast, ripe fruit, some weight, good energy. The potential is there. More intensity than expected on the palate, the oak is in balance. Good length here to complete the picture and a little bit of graceful white fruit returns at the finish. 93 points
