From a proper limestone vineyard on a higher altitude site at Hawkes Bay, this cuvee is being afforded a respect not all New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc gets! Grassy, nettley and a touch of tropical fruit. Weighty and round on the palate - easily enough body and ripeness to stand up to the brisk acidity, for a delicious, nicely-balanced whole.
