The 2018 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru has a lovely, very pure bouquet. Even if there is less in the way of mineralité, this is so pretty and seductive, with wild peach, hints of honeysuckle and jasmine. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, fresh and vibrant, taut and saline with a prolonged finish. It will need time to soak up the wood. Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2018 white tasting. 92 points
