Clear pale colour, beautiful fresh fruit from the start, very appetising. Tension at the back, firm acidity, a Bourgogne with attitude. 87 points

The 2018 Bourgogne Blanc Les Chatagnière comes from four parcels within the titular climat and sees just a tiny amount of new oak. The nose is a little occluded at the moment, but the palate is well balanced with a lovely texture and a hint of brioche on the finish. 86-88 points

The 2018 Bourgogne Les Chataigners delivers aromas of lime cordial, white flowers and crisp green apple, followed by a medium to full-bodied, pure and mineral palate, framed by chalky dry extract. This beautifully made wine is a superb introduction to one of the Côte de Beaune`s finest domaines. 89 points

Open and zesty, the citrus aroma is really vibrant – lemon and lime. Terrific depth of fruit married to mouth-watering freshness. Good Value 16.5 points
