Sweet, complex, beautiful. Juicy red fruit, with a touch of mint and clove – almost dental. 15% new oak. Plenty of acidity, but not searing. As is true across Chambolle this vintage, this is a little less lacy and a bit bigger instead – but still very refined, nonetheless. (NT 09/01/20)
