80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc.Dark, smudgy purple. Aromatic blackberry and blueberry fruit. Good tension from the tannins, which are firm but fine-grained. Alcohol shows on the palate and on the finish, flattening it at the very end. Needs more freshness to balance, hence the minus. 16- points
