Our only kosher (not Mevushal!) wine, and what a beauty it is! Bold, powerful aromas of coffee, chocolate and rich cherry fruit, which carry through on to the palate, with plenty of wood-spice and genteel tannin - excellent winemaking here, by a team of Sabbath-observant Jewish interns managed from a short distance away by the experts. The result is an extremely satisfying wine which would be at home on any dinner table. 35% Carinena, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Garnacha. (JH 01/09/22)
