Very perfumed on the nose, this has a soft, melting structure; all fruit-coated and with great freshness. This is all about balance and the ripeness, silky tannins, fruit and oak are all in tension. Has a long, creamy finish. (CW 9/11/18)

The 2017 Rully is a great success, revealing an expressive bouquet of spicy cherry fruit, dark chocolate and rich soil tones, followed by a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and gourmand palate with succulent acids, supple tannins and an expansive finish. This is one of the most unabashedly delicious Rully reds that I can remember tasting from Vincent Dureuil. 90 points
