2017 Foxglove Chardonnay Paso Robles

This is ripe and rich, but without a heavy use of oak. The 2017 Chardonnay is bursting with tropical fruits such as kiwi and pineapple, and there`s a hint of lime zest in there too. The texture is silky, and the creamy richness is reminiscient of vanilla custard. This is a great value New World Chardonnay, it is on the fuller side but still has plenty of acidity to provide lift, making for a really moreish wine. Works wonderfully with a roast chicken.
