So far as I know Marco Ricasoli hasn`t made a duff wine in his life. This fabulous, food-friendly Rosato follow his patttern for the Chianti of only using native Tuscan varieties. 2016 is a break with tradition in that the wine is 100% Sangiovese and it has a dry style with cherry and herby flavours.
