A soft, green start is followed by Muscaty aromas of grape and cinnamon. Quite dry though the bouquet might make you think of a sweet wine, the cushion of acidity at the end keeps things fresh. This blend of the very local varieties of Treixadura, Albarino, Louriero and Lado is a little gem from the river valleys of Ribeiro in north-western Spain. (NT 05/02/17)
