Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile and other unknown grapes. Deep ruby-purple, with a frothy rim mousse. Black cherry and bitter peels/chinotto. Dry. A little frothy and loose on the palate, with blackberry and dried-herb tones, wrapped around a core of grainy, firm tannins. A fair example of the style. 15 points
