Quite a natural production style, but you`d never know it from the clean finished product. A very floral bouquet is followed by a rich texture that veers towards Vermentino though it is of course Cortese. There`s quite a depth to this wine, a maltiness on the back palate. The wine is named in honour of the horse you see on the label; Titouan tirelessly ploughs the Tassarolo vineyards. (NT 25/08/17)
