2016 Borgo del Tiglio Malvasia (Collio)

Sustained and pure, linear and persistent, with big aromatics and an impressive mouthfeel, this is a remarkable showcase for the local Istriana strain of Malvasia. Notes of mandarin are followed by the suggestion of oak, a little white pepper on the finish. Extremely fine. (NT 28/06/18)
