Stephan Reinhardt
The 2015 Zind blends two-thirdsf Chardonany with one-third Auxerroirs, and shows a super ripe fruit and elegant nose. Full-bodied, fresh and piquant, with a stunning grip and refreshing vitality, this is an enormous wine. It is juicy, almost lush, very ripe and fruity, but also refreshing and well-structured. There is a grippy, pure and salty finish, with 12.8% alcohol. Tasted as a cask sample in early February, a few days before the bottling. 89-90 points
