Antonio Galloni
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon The Ranch is soft, racy and absolutely delicious. Even with all of its natural intensity, the 2015 retains striking freshness and nuance. Sweet red-toned fruit and floral notes give this gracious, mid-weight Cabernet an air of pure charm that will make it easy to drink upon release. Drink 2018-2030. 90 points

I looked at three barrel samples of 2015s. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon The Ranch (85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot) looks like a big, juicy, opaque purple Cabernet made with loads of glycerin, sucrosity and extract. It is soft, juicy, succulent like so many 2015s, but I expect the extravagance of fruit is hiding some underlying tannin. This should drink well for 15-20 years. 90-93 points
