Denser than Marco Sara`s Schioppettino, but still with a characteristic touch of pepper expressing itself through the dark plum character. Refosco is native to the far north-east of Italy, Slovenia and Croatia - the very finest clone is considered to be from here in Marco Sara`s Friuli. (NT 20/02/18)
