2015 Les Pelerins de Lafon-Rochet

Basile Tesseron may give an impression as a terribly relaxed young chateau owner but that disguises a steely determination and acute business sense. Since taking over at Lafon-Rochet he has brought the property on a long way and the introduction of this second wine in its present form is a great example of this. For early drinking this comes from younger vines and is about a third of production. (CW 05/04/19)
