The 2015 Sancerre les Desmalets is clear, fresh, precise and coolish in its stony/flinty character on the nose where citrus and white seed fruit flavors are displayed. Very clear, piquant and pure on the palate, with white fruit flavors and dancing minerals on the palate, this is a very elegant and Atlantic Sancerre of remarkable finesse, grip and salinity. The finish is long, intense and piquant, very mineral and has a lot of Chablis and even Riesling characteristics. Highly recommended, especially with seafood and fish. 93 points
