The 2014 Chassagne Montrachet Villages has a light, crisp bouquet with citrus peel and fresh pear on the nose, underneath which lies fine mineral scents that will become accentuated with time. The palate is very well balanced with good depth, just a touch of spice towards the finish that is quite linear at the moment, but displays fine salinity on the aftertaste. Drink over the next 4-6 years. 89 points
