Josh Raynolds
Green-tinged yellow. High-pitched citrus and orchard fruit aromas, along with hints of quinine, violet and chalky minerals. Sappy and focused on the palate, offering juicy Meyer lemon and pear nectar flavors plus a hint of fennel. Finishes refreshingly bitter and focused, with very good tenacity and an echo of fresh pear. This textbook viognier has the heft to handle rich dishes and the vibrancy to enjoy on its own. 90 points
