The wood treatment is a bit more obvious as there are even notes of vanilla in evidence on the otherwise fresh nose that offers up aromas of floral and slightly exotic yellow orchard fruit. There is excellent richness to the notably plump full-bodied flavors that possess excellent volume before culminating in a lemony, clean and dry finish where the acidity is just sufficiently firm to save the balance. While this should repay a few years of bottle age it should also drink well young. 90 points
