The 2013 Soave Classico Vigneti di Foscarino is aged in neutral oak for a thick and full-bodied style. Apricot, honeydew melon, candied fruit, toasted almond and crushed mineral appear on the fanciful bouquet. The wine`s aromas peel off in thick layers with lasting intensity. In the mouth, this Soave Classico shows a thick and well-crafted style with good acidity matched by healthy consistency. This elegant white wine would pair with grilled prawns or spicy Thai dishes. 91 points
