Kentish Pinot Noir used in certain circles to be the stuff of legend, perhaps somewhat like the idea of King Arthur returning from under Glastonbury. Now climate change, highly skilled vineyard practice and good work in the cellar have enabled Gusbourne to produce this fresh and juicy addition to the table. Brilliant with game and game fish as with creamy cheese and rich food, its red fruit zing has to be tried. (CW 08/12/14)
