Media Reviews

Neal Martin

A blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc, the de Fieuzal Rouge has a deep, unusually opulent dark plum and blackcurrant nose with a veil of vanillary new oak. The palate is ripe and rounded on the entry, fat in the mouth but it loses delineation on the finish that feels furry and needs to develop more tension. Tasted April 2014. 86-88 points

James Suckling

A wine with a pretty core of plum and berry fruit, polished tannins and a fresh and clean finish. Juicy. 89-90 points
