2012 Saint Aubin 1er Cru En Montceau comes from rich calcareous soils planted in 1975 and 1990. It has a light green apple and pear scented bouquet with a light mineralite courtesy of the limestone with fine definition. The palate is crisp on the entry with a fine, stony quality, chalky in texture towards the finish with moderate length. 86-88 points
