Walter Speller
Lustrous and just mid ruby. Proper concentration on the nose and fluid and lithe on the palate. Really burgundian in style and truly delicious. Firm finish with plenty of length and fruit. 17 points

This elegant, full-bodied wine opens with delicate scents of rose, iris and wild berry. The palate is juicy and delicious, offering ripe black cherry, crushed raspberry, grilled herb and tobacco alongside a backbone of firm, velvety tannins. Drink 2020–2028. 94 points
