As ever, August is the month of fizz at Uncorked as a great reason to come back from holiday and contribute to GDP. This year we return to vintage as our theme. It's not the most common part of production, but being uncommon is kind of what we do. So we're offering an eclectic range of wines from a co-op, a grower, the oldest Champagne house, family owned houses and, heaven forfend, a tiny branch of a mega multinational. Colin the educator will host and hopes that you will join him on a journey through the real meaning of a vintage in champagne and most importantly some delicious fizz and A Gold delights. /CW
