We have a token white, but our focus is the finest reds and our evening is constructed around a serious look at one of the greatest winegrowers of the 20th/21st centuries. Giuseppe Quintarelli was Valpolicella's conscience and inspiration. This is a rare chance to taste a range of his wines.
