Chablis and Beaujolais

We'll start with a look at the two most semi-detached parts of the region and spend an evening almost without oak. Two completely different geologies and two different grape varieties provide our entertainment. We'll start with some of the most transparent chalk grown Chardonnays on the planet and conclude with Gamay from granite, the Rabelaisian wine that inspired Clochemerle.
