Between the Queen's funeral and innumerable distractions (it's tasting-season, when all the importers are sending out tempting invitations to taste their wares), I found myself throwing together a tasting selection the night before... so there's no theme for this Thirsty Thursday. That has proved somewhat freeing, however - I've thrown together a selection of delicious wines which, while by no means cohesive, should make for a fascinating tasting! /JH
