This is a first for us. We are going to serve the flights for this tasting single blind, meaning you know what's on the list, but you won't know in which order the wines are being served to you. This isn't in order to trip you up, in the manner of Spurrier's bamboozling the French critics all those years ago, rather a way of clearing your mind and giving you a chance to get a picture of the characteristics of these brilliant bottles. No pressure then!
Much has changed in winemaking since the original Judgement of Paris so it'll be a fascinating exercise.
