Technically every wine in the shop is a staff pick, but we can occasionally be induced to pick just one from the range... each of these four wines has been selected by a different member of staff as the brightest star in their current constellation of favourites.
Plus there will be an extra bonus on this tasting: we expected to show 2017 Dom Perignon last week, but our sample didn't arrive in time - it has now arrived, and we will be showing it this week!
