The Champagne house of Louis Roederer was founded in 1776, making it as old as the United States of America. 246 is the 246th iteration of their classic non-vintage blend, and it’s a particularly successful edition. And a mere 90 years after Provençal pioneer Marcel Ott acquired the Clos Mireille, the pale, mineral Clos Mireille Rosé is widely regarded as the peak of Provençal rosé.
Alongside the Roederer Collection 246 and Clos Mireille, we’ll have some grand cru Riesling and a fabulous Barolo on free tasting: 2023 Dönnhoff Kreuznacher Krötenpfuhl Grosses Gewächs, and 2020 Bruna Grimaldi Barolo Camilla.
