It's not quite a Champagne supernova, but we've some stunning vintage Champagnes to show you this week! The magnificent Pol Roger 2019, the Bollinger PN AYC21 (well, it's almost vintage!) and the 2016 Billecart-Salmon, which will be their last ever vintage release (outside of the prestige cuvees: Nicolas-Francois, Elisabeth and Louis).
