I have selflessly sacrificed one of my precious bottles of 2021 Lismore Estate Reserve Chardonnay (purchased from the first tranche back in 2024) so you can taste the wine we've been making such a fuss about!
Alongside we will make the natural comparison, to a Chassagne-Montrachet (sadly younger, but one has to make do with what one has available).
We will also be showing a few Uncorked classics: 2024 Hamilton Russell Pinot Noir and 2020 Il Poggione Brunello, both superb wines which have long been a feature of our range.
