Anticipating Burgundy
On bonfire night the Uncorked team will be in Burgundy, warming up in preparation for a week of bashing up and down the RN74 for 11 hours a day. I just hope that this trip we don't get a hybrid. Although I got it to start quite often, I never did work out which combination of settings and button presses actually achieved that happy state.
Early reports of the 2016s are excellent and all those we've tasted so far are making us look forward keenly to this week. In the mean time we've three wines from the very different 2015 vintage and a 2014.
