Transmitting terroir
Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) and Riesling are both tremendous expressers of their origins, when sensitively grown. Here we have four examples of wines, the two whites from the same stretch of river bank and the same grower, and two Pinots from different areas and very different origins.
