August days: not just for dogs

Not the complete Paris experience, though we are promised plenty of humidity and the City is emptying faster than the fuel tank of a Cayenne en route to the Riviera. So to recreate the best of the Paris August experience, we'll pour wines for you that are classics pushed across the zinc of many a Paris bar. The wines are all fresh and crunchy. But there are limits to the Paris experience we want to share. Broadgate is remarkably free of dog poo and we'll try not to be too surly. (CW 31/07/14)
