Novelty with sticking power

Hurrah, more Italians and a sneaky Slovenian. That is it's me that is being sneaky. I'm sneaking in a Slovenian wine to an ostensibly Italian tasting. Slovenians aren't sneaky. But since Blazic is right on the border it seems fair to me. The weather forecast is set fair and so we are gambling the house on putting three whites on tasting - all from the cool north - and a warm, southern red from Puglia, just in case.
