Agent Hector's wines of stone
We have a friend form the countryside who used to work with a lot of fine Burgundy producers. Many years ago he discovered Italy and was seduced by the variety of grapes (not just two) and wines available. He discovered that many hidden producers were making wines as silky as those on the golden slopes and certainly as mineral. Now then, Hector loves stones: in a future life he might be a paleontologist. He might even be a geologist, for there are periods when Hector's life works in geological time. He loves minerality in wine and we share that guilty secret. So here are four new arrivals from Hector's portfolio and we hope you like them as much as we do.
