The end of Lent is in sight and doubtless you're all looking forward to the return of all those things you've given up for the forty days. Myself, I can't wait to get back to the gym...

Traditionally we all eat the first fruits of the year, so to go with these seasonal and locally sourced foods - you know, asparagus from Peru, green beans from Kenya, strawberries from Egypt and lamb from New Zealand - we propose a small range of authentic wines.
