Chateau Biac
Cadillac is not one of Bordeaux' better known communes and like its neighbour Sauternes it has been more known for sweet wines. Biac's location in this lovely bit of Bordeaux is indeed blessed, for instance this year it has been spared both universally damaging frost and hail due to its slopes and proximity to the river.
Yasmina is heavily involved in the estate and will be here to show her wines and the story of the estate. She'll be introducing their 2012 vintage, and their Secret.
