Spring in the southern hemisphere

The dark days of an Australian winter finally start to recede and so I thought we'd recreate the heady days of an 1990s English summer with a show of what we used to drink back then. Riesling, obvs, because that's what all the dry whites were and the balance of warming, barbecue reds to kep us going while eating blackened, frozen chicken legs.
