Lose your fear of Sake with Asami, our Sake sensei

It isn't often that Uncorked takes a deep breath, ensures loins are securely girded and leaps into a whole new product category. And when we do we want to be in secure hands. And so we found Asami, and after she had checked us out to see if we were a suitable stockist for her precious jewels of highly polished rice grains she provided considerable enlightenment and no fewer than three Sakes that we couldn't resist stocking. 

We'll have all three available to taste today and a wealth of knowledge from Asami as she is with us from 12-2.30.
