From the foggy coasts of Sonoma to the windy valleys of Santa Barbara, California has plenty of wine country sufficiently tempered by the cold Pacific Ocean to grow some of the world's best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. With so many great producers moving ever further towards putting elegance and freshness first, there's never been a better time to explore California's cooler side. We'll be opening some of our favourite examples and diving deep into California's unique styles.
