Wines are being offered now and over the next couple of weeks
We could tell you that 2024 whites in Burgundy are scintillating and intense, and that the reds are infused with energy, but it would be much better if you came along and tried them for yourselves. This Thursday in Copthall Avenue we’ll be hosting our annual Burgundy barrel sample tasting, with samples from the 2024 vintage, which we’re also currently offering en primeur. 2024 was the most difficult vintage in the vineyard in a generation, and yields were brutally low. As a result, samples are harder to come by than usual, so we can’t promise as diverse a line-up as last year, but we hope to be able to give you a feel for the vintage.
The £25 ticket price is redeemable against any 2024 Burgundy en primeur purchase, on the day or thereafter. Wines will be open from noon till 6pm. /NT
